Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Auxaris respects your privacy and aims to collect only the personal information needed to operate this website, respond to enquiries and deliver our services. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices you have.
Who is responsible for your information
For this website and the services offered through it, Auxaris acts as the data controller. You can contact us about privacy matters at info@auxaris.co.uk or by post at AUXARIS, Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, business or organisation name, the service you are interested in and the contents of messages you send through our contact form.
If you use the Auxaris Digital Audit, your answers are used in your browser to calculate your result. If you choose to email the report to yourself, we collect the name and email address you enter together with your audit scores and priority areas so that the report can be sent. Auxaris will only use those audit details to contact you about the results if you actively select the separate follow-up option.
Our hosting and security systems may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser information, date and time of requests, and server or security logs. This information is used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
Why we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential work with you.
- To provide a requested Digital Audit report.
- To deliver services you ask us to provide and manage our relationship with you.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.
- To keep appropriate business, contractual and legal records.
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or your consent. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Marketing
Submitting a contact form or requesting an audit report does not add you to a marketing list. If Auxaris introduces email marketing in future, we will provide a clear choice to opt in where required and an easy way to unsubscribe.
Who we share information with
We may use trusted service providers to support website hosting, email delivery, security, backups and other essential business systems. They may process personal information only where necessary to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or another valid legal requirement.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements designed to provide an appropriate level of protection for personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry information will normally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless there is a business, contractual or legal reason to keep it longer. Client, contractual and financial records may be kept for longer where required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public-facing site is intended to use only cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the website to operate unless we clearly tell you otherwise. WordPress administration uses cookies for logged-in administrators. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies in future, we will update this notice and introduce consent controls where required.
The website may load technical resources such as fonts from third-party providers. When your browser requests those resources, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also keep our data collection deliberately limited.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, email info@auxaris.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, our services or the way we use information changes. The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date shown above.
